The vibrating tube type feeder is a linear direction feeder, which is composed of a feed port, a vibrating body, a vibrating motor, and a damping device. It can convey materials for belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, bucket elevators, vibrating screens, crushers, etc.

The feeding process of the vibrating feeder is realized by a special vibrating motor forcing the feeding port to vibrate periodically. When the vertical component of the feed inlet vibrates, the acceleration is greater than the acceleration of gravity, and the material will rise and jump forward along the parabolic path. Due to the continuous excitation of the vibrating motor, the feed port will continue to vibrate, and the material in the feed port will continue to jump forward, so as to achieve the purpose of feeding.
