Minchen constantly working hard on process and technologies, from gears cutting, lapping till blasting, there are not only place complete equipment in our factory, but also own strong R& D and production team in design and produce gears for clients. Hence, Minchen is mater in bevel gears, and moreover we strived for patents on forging gear. In addition we can make gear precision up to JIS 3 (AGMA 11, DIN 7, ISO 7) in finished product, and JIS 0 ( AGMA 14, DIN 4, ISO 4) after grinding processes. The products can be very competitive in markets. We design and produce in customized to reach clients request. Minchen can make it and satisfy clients’ requirement.

In our manufacture process, in order to ensure products in high quality and correctness, before heat-treatment process, we will feedback parameter correction back to cutting process.

--In currently, we only set up office and factory in Taichung of Taiwan.
